Job summary

Motus Legal Recruitment is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor for a progressive, highly ranked law firm in England. You will handle landlord/tenant disputes, boundary issues, and lease renewals in a collaborative, inclusive environment alongside Partners recognised on L500 and Chambers.

You will manage a diverse caseload, advise clients, perform mediations or court advocacy if required, and stay current with property law to deliver tailored solutions while promoting diversity and client

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with property litigation experience.
• 2+ years post-qualification experience in property litigation and landlord/tenant matters.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills; client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in property disputes (commercial and residential).
• Manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Handle mediations, arbitrations and court advocacy if required.
• Stay updated on property law and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and promote diversity and inclusion.
