Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join its Bristol disputes team. The role offers hybrid working and a clear path for career progression within a respected law firm.

You will handle a varied caseload spanning landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues and title-related claims, drafting pleadings and advising commercial clients across sectors. A proactive, client‑focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in Property Litigation (or strong Commercial Disputes experience with transferable skills)
• Strong technical knowledge of contentious real estate matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Confidence managing matters independently with appropriate supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property related disputes.
• Handle landlord and tenant disputes including forfeiture, arrears and possession matters.
• Advise on boundary issues, rights of way, easements and covenant disputes.
• Draft pleadings, applications, witness evidence and correspondence.
• Manage matters through negotiation, ADR and court proceedings.
• Liaise with clients, Counsel, experts and other professionals; support wider Commercial Disputes work; contribute to business development.
