Chadwick Nott is seeking a Property Litigator with 2-5 years' PQE for Birmingham. You will handle a broad range of property litigation for commercial and private clients, with a focus on contentious landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, TOLATA claims and related professional negligence.

Qualifikationen

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years' PQE.
• Experience of contentious landlord and tenant matters.
• Experience of boundary disputes, general property litigation, TOLATA claims and professional negligence claims relating to property.
• Organised, commercially aware, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment.
