Vincere in Birmingham is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE to join a fast-growing national team. The role covers defendant housing disrepair and a broader mix of residential and commercial property litigation, offering early responsibility and a supportive environment.

You will manage your own caseload, assist junior colleagues, contribute to business development, and work with landlord and real estate clients while meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years’ PQE in property litigation.
• Experience in defendant housing disrepair is preferred.
• Strong client-handling and organisational skills.
• Proficient IT skills and case management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own caseload of mixed property litigation matters, predominantly defendant housing disrepair.
• Handle a broader range of residential disputes, including possession claims, rent recovery and disrepair.
• Support commercial property litigation work as needed, such as estate management and lease renewals.
• Assist other case handlers as required and help develop more junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and networking activity, meeting deadlines and KPIs.
