Job summary

Vincere in Leeds is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a fast-growing national team. You’ll manage a caseload focused on defendant housing disrepair and broader property disputes for landlord and real estate clients.

The role offers early responsibility, a supportive team, and opportunities to develop a rounded property litigation skillset, with hybrid working where the role allows.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ PQE
• Experience of property litigation, ideally including defendant housing disrepair
• Flexible approach and ability to switch between tasks
• Strong IT skills and confidence with case management systems
• Clear communication and strong client-handling skills
• Strong organisation and ability to meet deadlines and targets

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of mixed property litigation matters, primarily defendant housing disrepair
• Handle residential disputes including possession, rent recovery and disrepair
• Support commercial property litigation such as estate management and lease renewals
• Assist other case handlers with caseloads as required
• Support and develop junior team members
• Contribute to business development and networking
• Ensure MI procedures are completed and KPIs are met
• Ensure deadlines, compliance and quality measures are met
