Law Staff Legal Recruitment's Birmingham-based client seeks a Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE to manage their own caseload, including housing litigation, injunctions, possession claims and disrepair matters.

The role involves supporting partners on complex cases, supervising junior staff, contributing to business development, and direct client interaction within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ PQE in housing/property litigation.
• Ability to manage own caseload.
• Experience with injunctions, possession claims and disrepair matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running of a caseload.
• Support partners on large and complex matters.
• Supervise more junior members of the team including paralegals.
• Get involved in marketing and business development in a client focused manner.
• Interact directly with clients, manage their expectations and meet deadlines.
