The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload, advising a diverse client base across a broad range of complex Property Litigation matters. Your work will include disputes relating to adverse possession, boundaries, rights of way, trespass and title, together with landlord and tenant matters including break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture, repossession, lease renewals and terminations, rent reviews, service charge disputes and tenant default.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 10 years' PQE and strong experience in Property Litigation. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge, be confident managing their own caseload and demonstrate a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to client service. You will work alongside highly regarded Partners within an experienced and approachable team, gaining exposure to high quality work and an excellent client base.
