Job summary

eNL in Birmingham is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join a busy team. You will manage a varied caseload across Landlord and Tenant matters, boundary disputes, TOLATA and professional negligence claims while supporting the Commercial Litigation team.

• This role will suit an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge in their career.


• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE.


• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include Landlord and Tenant matters, boundary and general property disputes, TOLATA claims and professional Negligence claims


• Supporting the Commercial Litigation team where required with general dispute resolution work


• Strong advocacy skills, with the confidence to represent clients when required


• The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
