OVERVIEW

• Excellent opportunity to join a leading regional and forward-thinking firm with a long-standing presence in the market and a highly regarded Property Litigation team.


• The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will have 6+ years' PQE and strong experience across the full spectrum of property litigation, with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.


• You will advise a broad and varied client base on both residential and commercial property disputes, providing practical, pragmatic and commercially focused advice tailored to clients' individual requirements.


• Your caseload will include a wide range of contentious property matters, including residential landlord and tenant disputes, commercial landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, possession claims and commercial lease disputes.


• You will also have the opportunity to work on dilapidations, forfeiture and complex, high-value contentious property matters, providing strategic advice and delivering effective solutions for clients.


• The role will involve managing your own caseload, taking responsibility for matters from initial instruction through to resolution while maintaining a high standard of client service.


• You will be a confident and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with the ability to assess complex legal issues, provide commercially focused advice and develop pragmatic strategies to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
