We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Property Litigation Solicitor to join our firm at associate level.
The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE and will work closely with the three partners of the practice, whose work is focused on property, construction and litigation. The role will involve a varied property litigation caseload, including dilapidations, possession disputes, 1954 Act lease renewal matters, and general property disputes.
In addition to property litigation, the successful applicant will also assist with general litigation work for the firm’s existing client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys a varied caseload and is confident working across both specialist property disputes and broader contentious matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability, good commercial judgement, excellent client care skills, and the confidence to work with partners while also taking ownership of matters where appropriate.
