Job Description:

If you are an Associate or Senior Associate level Property Litigation Solicitor in Manchester, then this role is for you! This national property litigation and real estate disputes team is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join them.

You will be part of the national property litigation and real estate disputes team which sits within an award winning national commercial disputes service line. This service line being mentioned in the press recently for some ground breaking litigation cases! Within the Manchester property litigation and real estate disputes team you will handle a range of both residential and commercial property litigation, both in the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will be:

• Ideally between 1 and 5 years PQE
• Experienced in property litigation and real estate disputes, although applications will be considered from those with broader litigation experience and an interest in specialising
• Looking to handle their own caseload, as well as being keen to support a Partner
• Driven, friendly and a self-starter
