Property Litigation Solicitor

The Role:

Seeking to hire a Property Litigation Associate for their City office. You will join a friendly, supportive, and professional team. The Property Litigation department has seen increased workflow and aims to expand further. The caseload includes professional negligence, dilapidation claims, contract disputes, arbitration, mediation, landlord and tenant disputes, break notices, lease terminations, and possession cases. There is a real opportunity to progress and work with leading specialist Partners on a varied, high-quality caseload.

Requirements:

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2+ PQE.
• You will have strong technical knowledge and a desire to progress.
