The Role

The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Chelmsford office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced team, handling a varied and interesting caseload of property disputes for both commercial and residential clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Advising on a range of disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, and lease renewals.
• Managing a caseload of complex property litigation matters, offering commercially sound and strategic advice to clients.
• Representing clients in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a client-first approach.
• Contributing to business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the department.

Requirements

You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, although more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Strong technical expertise in property litigation and a proven ability to manage your own caseload.

Excellent communication and client care skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to contribute to the firm's growth and success.
