Job Description:

AG Integrate is excited to collaborate with prestigious clients seeking interim support in the Real Estate, Energy, and Sports sectors. If you are an experienced construction lawyer looking for your next interim opportunity, we want to hear from you!

• A Construction lawyer with 3-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Extensive experience in non-contentious transactional construction work.
• Proven ability to negotiate, draft, and advise on various construction agreements including Framework Agreements, Construction Management, Design and Build Contracts, EPC, JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.
• Understanding of PFI and PPP projects.
• Ability to provide legal advice on project structuring, contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects such as residential, commercial, retail, industrial, logistics, and land regeneration.
• Experience with energy infrastructure projects like Data Centres, Gas and Electricity Transmission, EV Charging Systems, and LNG projects is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
