We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract based in London, with 3 days WFH per week, reporting to the Director of Legal and Head of Litigation. The role involves providing legal support on dispute resolution, litigation, and risk minimization, with a focus on the Building Safety Act 2022.

• Handle property litigation cases from pre-litigation to trial, with supervision as appropriate.
• Coordinate with external solicitors and counsel, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with expenditure authorities.
• Advise internal teams on property legislation and regulatory matters.
• Maintain case files, records, and legal documentation.
• Manage deadlines and protect company interests.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements.

Skills and qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with the Building Safety Act 2022 and residential long leasehold properties.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and reliability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
