Commercial Property Lawyer – Part Time – Remote Working – £55 per hour umbrella

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with an established Local Authority seeking an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join on a part-time, remote basis, up to four days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice on development, sale, lease, and other transactions involving public sector land holdings
• Advising on property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development agreements
• Overseeing all aspects of commercial property matters related to asset portfolio management
