Job summary

Spirehouse Recruitment is working with a well-regarded Top 200 regional law firm to strengthen its established property litigation team with an experienced senior solicitor in Chelmsford.

This role offers a genuine opportunity to develop a practice, build relationships across the local market, and progress towards Partnership, while operating with a flexible, hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PQE in commercial property litigation.
• Experience across landlord & tenant, development and wider property disputes.
• Ambition to build a practice and progress towards Partnership.

Spirehouse are working with a well-regarded Top 200 regional law firm who are looking to strengthen their established property litigation team with an experienced senior solicitor.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a commercially minded property litigator to join an established team, with genuine scope to develop a practice, build relationships across the local market and progress towards Partnership.

What you'll be doing:

• Running your own caseload of commercial property disputes and litigation


• Advising developers, landlords, tenants and other property professionals


• Building and developing client and referrer relationships


• Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team

What we're looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 7+ years PQE with strong commercial property litigation experience


• Experience across landlord & tenant, development and wider property disputes


• A commercially minded individual with genuine business development drive


• Someone with the ambition to build a practice and develop towards Partnership
