A well-established Legal500 and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to strengthen its Property Litigation team in Chester.

This is an opportunity for a solicitor with a genuine interest in property litigation to join a successful team and build a career specialising in this area. The firm is deliberately open-minded on PQE and background, with the priority being to find the right person for the team rather than someone who simply ticks a set list of boxes.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience in property litigation, whether this has been your sole focus or a significant part of a broader practice.
• Someone who is keen to specialise in property litigation and build their career in this area.
• A real estate background would be beneficial, whether through your current role or earlier in your career.
• Agricultural tenancy experience would be advantageous, but is certainly not essential.
• The role is broadly aimed at 2-5 years' PQE, but this is a guide rather than a firm requirement.
• More experienced candidates will also be considered where the overall fit is right.
• Ultimately, the team is looking for someone who is technically strong, commercially minded and a good fit for the wider team, rather than someone who simply ticks every box.
