Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with Property Litigation experience.
• Experience handling landlord and tenant disputes for residential/commercial clients.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Advocacy experience or willingness to develop advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes.
• Advise landlords and tenants on contentious landlord and tenant matters.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and other legal documentation.
• Conduct advocacy where appropriate.
• Provide exceptional client care and manage client expectations.
