You will advise developers, investors, landlords, tenants and public sector organisations on a broad range of complex property disputes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience and a passion about real estate litigation.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, dilapidations, and forfeiture matters.
• Managing development-related disputes involving rights of light, restrictive covenants, and boundary issues.
• Handling possession claims, trespass actions, and property enforcement matters.
• Supporting insolvency-related property litigation.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel.
• Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Working alongside senior lawyers on complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters.
• Contributing to knowledge sharing, mentoring junior team members, and business development initiatives.
