Job summary

Brown & Merry, part of Connells Group, is seeking a motivated Property Lister to join our Hemel Hempstead team. You will list properties, win new instructions and provide excellent client service to drive growth and market share.

In this role you’ll build relationships with clients face-to-face and by phone, work towards targets, and benefit from industry-leading training, career progression and an uncapped commission structure that delivers a £50,000 OTE.

In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To be successful as a Property Lister, you will:

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
