Job summary

Connells Group in Norwich is seeking a proactive Select Property Lister to win new instructions and list high-value properties for the market while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will build strong relationships with clients face-to-face and over the phone, driving opportunities for our Mortgage Advisors and contributing to a clear career ladder within the Connells Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency roles (Lister, Valuer, Sales Negotiator) preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
• Resilient, positive, well-organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, internet and email systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing high-value properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To be successful as a Select Property Lister, you will:

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
