Job summary

Sanctuary is seeking a Legal Manager – Property to join our Legal Services team in Worcester. You will lead property-related legal work, manage external providers, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering value for money.

The role requires a qualified solicitor (or FILEX/licenced conveyancer) with strong project management and staff supervision skills, and solid knowledge of property law. This position offers a balance of home and office working and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (or FILEX/Licenced Conveyancer) with experience in property-related transactions.
• Membership of a professional body (e.g., Law Society) is expected.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage programmes affecting the Group's property portfolio to ensure compliance.
• Oversee external legal providers to ensure value for money and quality service.
• Manage own caseload including sales, leases, infrastructure agreements.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external customers, delivering excellent service.
• Review and update policies to stay compliant with legal/regulatory requirements.
