Job summary

Simply Conveyancing Group is seeking conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts committed to quality and service. You will manage diverse caseloads, draft contracts and deeds, and coordinate with clients, estate agents, lenders and authorities to keep matters progressing smoothly.

The role offers a salary from £30,000 to £45,000 plus bonus, with remote and hybrid work options across Cardiff, Daventry, and Leeds, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience.
• Proven leasehold and property law experience with attention to Land Registry.
• Strong client care and ability to prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Experience drafting contracts and deeds; ability to explain complex legal information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a circa 60-65 caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions; training provided.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents; advise clients.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders and authorities to progress matters.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Develop relationships with clients and agents to inspire repeat business.

Our Property Lawyers at Simply are trusted experts who bring advanced technical leasehold skill, excellent service and a collaborative spirit to every stage of the conveyancing journey.

We’re looking for passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts who are committed to quality, service and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold sales and purchases, and leasehold sales (no purchases) Training is provided
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
• Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business

What You Bring

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing is a PLUS!
• Solid experience in property / conveyancing law
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters
• Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
• Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
• Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
