Job summary

Simply Conveyancing Group is seeking experienced conveyancers, legal executives or solicitors with leasehold experience to join our property expert team. We handle a mix of freehold and leasehold sales with training provided and a focus on quality and service.

The role emphasizes drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating with clients and agents, and ensuring compliance. A strong client-care mindset and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified as a solicitor, CLC or licensed conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold conveyancing and Land Registry processes.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent client communication and risk-aware approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales; training provided.
• Draft/review contracts, deeds, and other legal documents; provide clear advice to clients.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, authorities and stakeholders to progress matters smoothly.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and best practice.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and agents to deliver exceptional service.

Our Property Lawyers at Simply are trusted experts who bring advanced technical leasehold skill, excellent service and a collaborative spirit to every stage of the conveyancing journey.

We’re looking for passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts who are committed to quality, service and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold sales and purchases, and leasehold sales (no purchases) Training is provided
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
• Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business

What You Bring

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing is a PLUS!
• Solid experience in property / conveyancing law
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters
• Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
• Strong client care skills - we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
• Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
