Job summary

Simply Conveyancing Group. is seeking experienced conveyancers, legal executives or Solicitors with leasehold expertise to join a team of property specialists. The role covers Cardiff, Daventry, Leeds and remote/homebased work, with a 60–65 caseload and training provided.

You will draft and review contracts and deeds, coordinate with clients and lenders, ensure compliance, and build lasting client relationships while delivering a trusted service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience.
• Solid property/conveyancing law knowledge, including leasehold matters.
• Proven ability to handle leasehold conveyancing matters and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of Land Registry processes and title documentation.
• Clear, client-friendly communication of complex legal information.

Responsibilities

• Manage a ~60-65 caseload of freehold and leasehold matters with training provided.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents for clients.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders and authorities to keep matters progressing.
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
• Develop relationships with clients and agents to inspire trust and repeat business.

We’re looking for passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts who are committed to quality, service and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold sales and purchases, and leasehold sales (no purchases) Training is provided
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
• Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business

What You Bring

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing is a PLUS!
• Solid experience in property / conveyancing law
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters
• Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
• Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
• Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
