Job summary

Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to manage your own caseload and deliver excellent client service throughout home-move transactions. You will handle a varied caseload, draft and review contracts, and coordinate with estate agents, lenders and other parties to drive cases to completion.

• Conduct searches, due diligence and post-completion activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage exchanges, completions and Land Registry submissions.
• Provide outstanding client service at all stages of transactions.

What You'll Be Doing
