Job summary

Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to manage your own caseload and deliver excellent client service throughout home-move transactions. You will handle a varied caseload, draft and review contracts, and coordinate with estate agents, lenders and other parties to drive cases to completion.

Qualifications

Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, typically handling around 50 files.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents.
Conduct searches, due diligence and post-completion activities.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage exchanges, completions and Land Registry submissions.
Provide outstanding client service at all stages of transactions.
