Homesure is seeking a Property Investment Consultant in Liverpool to drive sales of investment properties to landlords and investors. The role involves generating new business, engaging in landlord-to-landlord transactions, and managing relationships to expand our property portfolio.

You will work across markets, including off-market and auction channels, with a commission-based structure and opportunities to participate in a profit-share scheme.

• Comfortable discussing investment stock in the £50,000-150,000 range rather than high-end residential property.

This is a high-energy, targeted role that will involve selling investment property, generating new business, and building strong relationships with landlords and investors to grow and retain our managed portfolio.

This role offers a competitive individual commission structure and eligibility to join ourprofit share scheme.
