Homesure Property is hiring a Property Investment Consultant in Liverpool to join a dynamic team focused on growing a landlords' and investors' portfolios. The role is full‑time and based on Wavertree Business Village, offering a competitive commission structure and participation in a profit share scheme.

You'll sell tenanted and vacant investment properties, engage across channels, and drive new business with outbound calls and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or property auctions.
• Understanding property investment and the needs of landlords.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Sell tenanted investment properties from landlord to landlord.
• Sell vacant properties requiring refurbishment.
• Operate across multiple sales channels: off‑market, on‑market, auctions.
• Generate new business via high‑volume outbound calls and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and investors.
• Identify opportunities to grow and retain the property management portfolio through sales.
• Work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment to deliver results.

Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Property Investment Consultant. This is a full‑time, permanent position located on Wavertree Business Village in Liverpool.

This is a high‑energy, targeted role that will involve selling investment property, generating new business, and building strong relationships with landlords and investors to grow and retain our managed portfolio.

This role offers a competitive individual commission structure and eligibility to join our profit share scheme.

• Selling tenanted investment properties from one landlord to another.
• Selling vacant properties that require refurbishment.
• Working across multiple sales channels, including off‑market landlord‑to‑landlord transactions, on‑market listings, and auction sales.
• Generating new business through high‑volume outbound calling and face‑to‑face client meetings.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and investors.
• Identifying opportunities to grow and retain the property management portfolio through sales activity.
• Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment with a strong focus on results.
