Charters, part of Lomond, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join on a 1 year fixed-term contract to cover the Worthing area. You will conduct property inventories, mid-term and checkout inspections, capturing photographs and producing objective reports while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with legislation.

Applicants should have experience in inventories or lettings, a full clean UK driving licence, and strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication

Competenze

• Experience in property inventories, lettings or similar environment would be beneficial.
• A full, clean manual UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Confidence using digital devices and reporting software.
