Charters Estate Agents in Worthing is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a 1-year fixed-term contract. You will carry out property inventories, mid-term and check-out inspections, and produce accurate reports that record each property's condition.

The role requires attention to detail and consistency in documenting lettings inventories across our portfolio in the Sussex area. You will work closely with lettings staff to help ensure smooth tenancy handovers and compliant records.
