Job summary

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Property Adviser to join the Property Information team at Council Headquarters, Hamilton. You will help maintain accurate information about land and property assets, creating digital mapping information and plans, and researching titles.

You will use technical, research and analytical skills, be comfortable handling data and plans, and work as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Organised and conscientious, able to work in a team.
• Interest in land and property information; comfortable with data, plans and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain information about the Council's land and property assets.
• Create digital mapping information and plans.
• Undertake surveys and inspections.
• Research legal titles and interpret land ownership information.
