Sourced is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing property franchise network. You’ll coach and develop franchisees, helping them grow profitable property businesses.

Working with the Head of Franchise Development & Performance, you’ll build relationships, identify opportunities, deliver training, and drive performance across the network. This role emphasizes coaching over traditional sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in property coaching or franchise development.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop others.
• Strong commercial awareness and growth mindset.
• Proactive with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the network.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentoring to franchisees to develop property knowledge.
• Help franchisees identify opportunities and grow revenue.
• Deliver structured development sessions and reviews.
• Support onboarding of new franchisees.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices.
