Razzamataz Theatre Schools Ltd is seeking an experienced Franchise Performance & Development Manager to drive growth across our national franchise network. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to improve profitability, grow student numbers, strengthen customer retention and deliver sustainable business expansion.

You will analyse financial performance with franchise partners, identify opportunities for improvement, create growth plans, support new franchise recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise support and multi-site operations.
• Strong business coaching and P&L analysis skills.
• Ability to develop growth plans and improve profitability.
