Job summary

NRG Resourcing Limited is partnering with a specialist property finance brokerage to recruit an ambitious broker with experience in Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgages.

You will manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion, leveraging a whole-of-market lender panel and dedicated admin support to deliver tailored funding solutions for developers, investors, landlords, and business owners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience arranging Bridging Finance, Development Finance and/or Commercial Mortgages.
• Strong understanding of property development, investment and commercial funding structures.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and client management abilities.
• A proactive, driven and commercially focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgage solutions.
• Assess client requirements and structure suitable funding strategies.
• Source, compare and secure lending solutions from a comprehensive lender panel.
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, landlords, and business owners.
• Liaise with lenders, surveyors, solicitors, valuers and internal teams throughout the funding process.
• Negotiate terms and secure the most suitable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender criteria, products and market developments.

About the Role

You’ll manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with clients to understand their funding requirements and secure the most appropriate lending solution. Leveraging a whole-of-market lender panel and strong internal support, you’ll be responsible for structuring deals, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Bridging Finance, Development Finance, and Commercial Mortgage solutions

Package

• £50,000 basic salary - Uncapped commission structure paying 20%
• Dedicated administration and processing support
• Genuine six-figure earning potential for high performers
