The Broker House is a fast-growing property finance group specialising in development finance, bridging loans, commercial mortgages, and specialist lending. We seek driven finance professionals to join a high-performance team in Central London with flexible working.

As a Development & Bridging Finance Broker, you will manage inbound high-value leads, advise on structuring finance, and deliver end-to-end solutions for residential, commercial, and development projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in property finance or lending is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition and resilience with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound high-value leads and convert to clients.
• Advise on development finance, bridging loans, and specialist lending.
• Package cases for lender submission.
• Maintain relationships with lenders, valuers, and solicitors.
• Collaborate with admin and legal support to progress deals.
• Build and manage your own deal pipeline with autonomy.
• Deliver outstanding client service in line with company values.

Role Overview

As a Development & Bridging Finance Broker, you will manage inbound high-value leads, nurture client relationships, and structure finance solutions across residential, commercial, and development projects. You’ll work closely with lenders and internal support teams to deliver seamless end-to-end service for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handlequalified high-value inbound leadsand convert them into active clients
• Advise clients on development finance, bridging loans, refurbishment finance, and specialist lending
• Package cases professionally for lender submission
• Maintain relationships with lenders, valuers, and solicitors
• Work with our in-houseadmin and legal support teamto progress deals efficiently
• Build and manage your own pipeline with full autonomy and support
