• 3–5+ years’ experience in specialist property finance or real estate lending.
• Proven track record of generating £250k–£300k+ annual revenue.
• Existing portable client and introducer network.

• Originate and structure specialist property finance transactions

• Build relationships with lenders, introducers, solicitors, and intermediaries
• Maintain strong pipeline management and conversion rates
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the funding process

Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience in specialist property finance or real estate lending
• Proven track record of £250k–£300k+ annual revenue generation
• Existing portable client and introducer network
• Strong lender relationships and transaction history within the UK market
• Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship skills
