Job summary

The Water Row Company, based in Govan, Glasgow, is seeking a Property Factoring Co-ordinator to join the office-based team. The role focuses on delivering a comprehensive factoring service to owners and managing arrears, with a strong emphasis on debt recovery and timely quarterly billing.

Permanent contract, 35 hours per week, with flexi-time. The candidate should have experience in debt recovery and factoring management and possess strong IT and organisational skills to support KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the factoring team.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and owners.
