Job summary

The Water Row Company, a subsidiary of the Govan Housing Group, seeks a Property Co-ordinator to support the factoring team and act as the first point of contact for owners. You will deliver proactive, high-quality service, maximise value, and drive KPI performance.

You will manage factoring arrears, monitor owner accounts, oversee debt recovery including potential legal action, and support other factoring functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt recovery and factoring management
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive factoring service to owner/shareholder customers and respond to a wide range of enquiries
• Manage factoring arrears and monitor owner accounts, including debt recovery and potential legal action
• Support quarterly billing and other factoring functions across the organisation
