Job summary

PureGym is growing and seeks a Property Development Manager to oversee end-to-end gym development projects from acquisition to opening. You will lead a cross-functional team of architects, designers, quantity surveyors and external advisers, delivering on time, to budget and to the required quality.

Reporting to the Property Delivery Director, you will drive feasibility work, manage budgets and approvals, coordinate with landlords and authorities, and promote best practices to strengthen our

• Highly capable project manager with multi-site delivery experience.
• A strong team leader who can motivate a multidisciplinary team.
• Able to prioritise to hit critical milestones and adapt approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver gym development projects on time and budget.
• Assess high-level feasibility of potential new sites before acquisition.
• Provide technical evaluation and ensure budgets and capex are approved and tracked.
• Ensure site delivery from acquisition to opening with clear handover documentation.
• Liaise with landlords, authorities, and external partners to secure approvals.
