Job summary

PureGym in London is seeking a Property Development Manager to lead end-to-end gym development projects, from site evaluation to opening. You will guide a cross-functional team of architects, designers, quantity surveyors and external partners, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to high quality standards.

• Proven track record delivering multi-site property developments.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team across design, construction, and landlord negotiations.
• Experience with budgets, capex approvals and governance.
• Experience liaising with landlords and authorities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver gym development projects on time and budget.
• Assess feasibility of new sites prior to acquisition.
• Provide technical evaluation and development requirements.
• Ensure budget controls, capex approvals and reporting.
• Handover documentation and landlord alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of gym formats and standards.
• Ensure health and safety throughout development.
