Job summary

Allen & Harris, part of Connells Group, is seeking a motivated Property Coordinator to support property management and tenancy administration for branches, landlords and tenants in Bath. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, plus one Saturday per month, 9am-2pm, with a day off in lieu.

The role offers training toward ARLA - NFOPP qualifications, industry-leading development, a defined career ladder, and clear progression within Connells Group.

Qualifications

• Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented.
• Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange all required safety inspections and certification in line with current legislation.
• Ensure routine and additional property visits and checks are carried out in the required time frame.
• Liaise with contractors/outsourcing resources to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out to a satisfactory standard and timescale.
