Allen & Harris, part of Connells Group, is looking for a motivated Property Coordinator to support property management and tenancy administration for branches, landlords and tenants in Bath.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30, plus one Saturday per month 09:00–14:00 with a day off in lieu. Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service and administration abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organisation and prioritisation.
• Proficient in MS Office and general IT literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange safety inspections and certifications in line with legislation.
• Conduct property visits and checks within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with contractors and resources to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with insurance claims for eligible repair/maintenance work.
• Determine liability for work between landlords and tenants and process payments.
