Impression Recruitment is currently recruiting a Legal Assistant – Property to join a busy conveyancing team in Otley. The role focuses on supporting residential property matters across the conveyancing process, with administrative and transactional duties under the guidance of a solicitor.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Property or Legal Assistant in residential conveyancing, strong IT skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing or property environment.
• Support across residential property matters and conveyancing process.
• Strong IT skills and experience with legal case management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and transactional support across a busy residential conveyancing team.
• Assist with opening and setting up of new property files.
• Carry out property searches and assist with conveyancing requirements.
• Undertake HM Land Registry tasks and maintain records.
• Support solicitors with pre- and post-completion processes.
• Complete delegated tasks accurately within timescales.
• Maintain and update case management systems and information.
• Communicate with solicitors, colleagues and clients throughout the process.
