Job summary

Summit Select in Leeds is seeking a Property Consultant to identify and secure residential investment opportunities across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire area, building relationships with vendors, agents, and landlords.

You'll assess deals, negotiate on behalf of clients, manage transactions through to completion, and stay ahead of local market trends. A driving licence and own transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in property sourcing, sales, lettings, or a related property role.
• Strong local knowledge of the Leeds and Yorkshire property market.
• Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships and negotiating.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline.
• Driving licence and own transport preferred.

Summit Select is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Leeds-based property agency. Having launched their property sourcing arm last year, the business has gone from strength to strength and is now looking to add a Property Consultant to the team.

The Role

As Property Consultant, you'll identify and secure investment properties on behalf of clients, building relationships with vendors, agents, and landlords across Yorkshire. You'll be hands-on in a fast-paced environment with real scope to grow the role as the business grows.
