Job summary

SF Recruitment are partnering with a rapidly growing property services company in Birmingham City Centre to recruit a motivated Property Consultant. This office-based role focuses on delivering a smooth client experience and securing listings, joining a team on a mission to simplify property transactions.

You will value properties, advise sellers on pricing and market trends, convert inbound enquiries, keep the CRM up to date, and liaise with partner agents and solicitors.

• Call sellers back in hours, not days. Pace is part of the service
• Hit a monthly listing target
• Keep the CRM up to date with property details and documentation

£30,000-£40,000 + commission
