Job summary

Summit Select is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join a market-leading agency in Headingley, Leeds. You will register applicants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress tenancies, driving landlord instructions and tenancy starts.

We’re looking for a confident, target-driven communicator with strong sales and customer service skills, a full UK driving licence, and knowledge of the Leeds lettings market is a plus. Realistic £35,000+ OTE with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar property role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Confident, professional and target-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Knowledge of the Leeds lettings market (desirable but not essential).

The Role
