Job summary

Brook Street is seeking a hands-on officer to support Ministry of Defence housing services. You will visit properties, monitor contractor work, and perform day-to-day admin at base. The role emphasizes safety, compliance and on-site presence.

Working pattern is Mon-Fri, 37 hours weekly, fully on-site with standard 10:00–16:00 hours; DBS clearance is required and will be processed by Brook Street. Assignment runs until 31/03/2027 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to and inspect Ministry of Defence properties.
• Basic DBS clearance required and processed by Brook Street.
• 37 hours per week with 10:00–16:00 flexi-scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Visit MoD properties to ensure contractor work meets standards.
• Review property works and escalate when standards are not met.
• Monitor occupants and manage non-SFA/SSFA within portfolio.
