Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and conscientious approach to property and service standards.
• Understanding of property repairs and basic property-related knowledge is helpful.
• Comfortable using Microsoft applications for day-to-day office tasks.
• Willingness to shadow other officers before going out on site independently.
• A full UK driving licence is essential (fleet vehicles can be used if needed).
• Physical fitness for visiting properties, including stairs.
• Commitment to compliance and safety expectations (incl. health and safety training).

Responsibilities

• Visiting Ministry of Defence properties to monitor contractor work.
• Checking property work and escalating if standards aren't met.
• Carrying out occupant monitoring and management of portfolio.
• Conducting handovers to ensure families receive the required level of service.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement activities as needed.
• Undertaking assurance checks on service levels and quality of work by suppliers.
• Managing complaints (level 2) in a timely manner.
• Handling assurance activities for service delivery and time reliefs.
• Keeping on top of an allocated case workload to agreed standards.
• Supporting delivery of additional services within delegation and timeframes.
• Being mindful of compliance and mandatory training expectations.
• Ensuring safe lone working practices when required.
